The Saints house is beautiful restored Church with huge deck and garden for your next event. We can provide catering to small and big groups. We can sell Alcohol on private function only. For smaller groups less than 20 people Conference room is a more suitable. For groups with 20-200 people, Full Venue is a more suitable venue.
Hiring fee and Minimum spend required
Conference Room – No charge if you booking in business hours. Booking outside business hours cost is $500.00 booking fee and $1000.00 minimum spent.
Full Venue hiring ( Full venue can only be hire outside business hours) – Hiring full venue Charges $500.00 Hiring fee and $3000.00 Minimum spent on Drinks and food only.
We offer two options in terms of music:
- In-house Spotify playlist – You can share your Spotify playlist with us, which we can play through our sound system.
- You can hire a professional DJ or live band at your expense, with a floor fee of $100.00.
There is a full bar available for guests as you enter the venue. We have three beverage packages available for you to choose from:
- An open bar with all drinks charged to a master tab. We will inform you once your tab limit has been reached, and decide how to handle any charges that follow. This may be the expensive option depending on the size of your group as you will be paying for everyone’s drinks with no per-drink limit
- A master tab with a limit of 50% charge or set $ Charge per drink, which covers all of our wines, champagne, beer, whiskeys and spirits. Any amount over 50% will be charged to individual guests. For example, if a guest would like a $12.00 wine, the guest will pay $6.00 and $6.00 will go to your master tab. This is the most popular option for functions.
- A welcome drink provided by you, after which the bar opens for the guests to order drinks and pay for their drinks.
As a legal requirement, you must have food available at all times for your guests. We have mixed platters Menu. We encourage you to order enough food for your guests. A bar snacks menu will be available to your guests if they would like to order more food.
We recommend 1 platter to be shared between 2-3 people.
1 platter costs around $45.00 to $60.00. (Menu Available on request)
Please advise us of any dietary requirements of your guests in advance. Our chefs will happily work around GF, DF, V, VG, Nut-free requests.
A non-refundable 20% deposit for the food & Drinks will be required in order to secure your booking. Please note that the date remains open on our books until this payment is received. We also require the bar tab to be paid in full in advance. We recommend that this payment be made directly to our bank account 06-0197-0949665-00 or alternatively, you can come and pay in store.
The final tab have to be paid directly to our bank account or using our EFTPOS machine on the night of your event.
In order to keep your event private, a doorman is required to ensure that solely your guest list is admitted to your event. The cost of a professional security guard is $35.00/hour.
Our business hours are 8am to 3pm 7day week.
For Any Event or Function after hours Closing time is 10pm Weekdays and 11pm Weekends.
